The Multiple handling of cement by manual labourers results is bursting of sacs. There is huge amount of spillage and wastage. The foreign particle are added as the spilled cement is collected and refilled in the other sacs. This results in the detoriation of cement quality. The waste disposal of used HDPE bags poses a big environment problem to the oil companies. Bulk packing is the need of the hour. The packing is required by the customer in bulk ie. In 1.5mts Jumbo bags or in bulk tankers.
